New Cheeses for November:

St Albans by Vermont Creamery: Fashioned after the French cheese, St. Marcellin, this adorable, wrinkly rinded, cow milk gooey treat comes in its own ceramic crock, perfect for placing in the oven for an instant fondue treat! Try it with roasted potato, grainy mustard, and gherkins, or fresh apple and your favorite sparkling beverage.

Fromager d’Affinois Le Campagnier: Our dream come true: a lightly washed-rind double cream cow milk brie with a buttery, meaty flavor and velvety, gooey texture. Enjoy with dark chocolate and your favorite sparkling beverage, or crisp apples and crusty bread. Cut by the wedge.

Linden Dale Pumpkin Chevre: Fresh, creamy, local PA goat cheese, whipped with homemade pumpkin butter and warming spices. Enjoy topped on waffles, baked oatmeal, apples… you name it!
