Simply put, we love sandwiches at Harvest Market. They’re the perfect meal solution, especially when made with high quality ingredients. If you’ve ever had one of our kitchen’s sandwiches, you know exactly what we mean. We’re excited to introduce five new sandwiches starring new deli meats from Farmers & Cooks Craft Meats. Keep reading to learn more about this all star vendor and our new sandwiches!

Farmers & Cooks Craft Meats are humanely raised without antibiotics, vegetarian-fed, and gluten-free with no added nitrates or hormones. Their meats are single cut, which means that they never process or combine multiple cuts, but instead cook the meat the way they get it from the farm. When it comes to flavor, each roast from Farmers & Cooks is hand trimmed, deep marinated and hand rubbed with fresh herbs and spices. They never use smoke flavors or caramel colors. Once the meat is ready to be roasted, Farmers & Cooks each roast is hand-placed on a rack or hand-netted and roasted without bagging. They never steam-cook meats in plastic bags (a process which most industrial-level deli meat companies participate in). Like all of the products we sell, Farmers & Cooks Craft Meats meets Harvest’s rigorous standards - we’re proud to feature their Simple Turkey, Fireside Turkey and Uncured Ham in our new sandwiches.
