Introducing Fior di Pizza and Smoked Mozzarella from local Caputo Brothers Creamery in Spring Valley, PA. Both cheeses are made from pasteurized cow milk, and are ideal for melting, with a smooth, creamy, slightly tangy flavor.
Another new cheese we’ve brought on for you is Spanish Queso Mahon, a semi-firm, pasteurized cow milk cheese from Menorca, an island off the Mediterranean coast of Spain. Here’s a pizza recipe featuring Queso Mahon.
