On Saturday, March 4 and Sunday, March 5, join us for a one-of-a-kind beer and cheese pairing hosted by Harvest Market and @succession_fermentory at @stellalou_farm. Enjoy a flight of four cheeses, selected from esteemed local artisanal cheese makers, alongside a flight of four farmhouse ales brewed with 100% PA malt and locally sourced seasonal ingredients. From clean to funky and smooth to sharp, experience how beer and cheese can compliment, harmonize, and contrast to bring out the best in each other. Accoutrements and spreads will round out the experience. Ticket sales begin next Friday, February 3rd. Stay tuned! This change is an effort to further align ourselves with sustainable retail practices - in 2022, 72% of our transactions used 155,000 bags weighing in at 16,400 pounds total. As you can see, these deliveries fill an entire room! Luckily for us, we have an amazing receiving team that works diligently to check these packages in. Our top notch front end staff then spends most of the day unpacking and stocking the products on our shelves or placing them in back stock.
