The Friends of Cooch’s Bridge Historic Site is hosting its 4th annual signature fundraiser — the Taste of Cooch’s Bridge, 2026! Enjoy a fun afternoon of food and drink while learning about history and one of Delaware’s treasured spaces! This year’s theme is “The Winter Cellar: Sustainable Foods.” There will be chefs from Buckley’s, Drift, Empanalgas, and Green Box Kitchen and from newcomers Centreville Place and Harvest Market! Wilmington Brew Works will also be there!
At this event, Harvest Market is proud to present a local cheeseboard in keeping with the theme, “The Winter Cellar: Sustainable and Preserved Foods”. Curated by our cheesemonger, Abby ACS CCP®, this cheeseboard will feature farmstead cheeses from local Pennsylvania cheese makers, Linden Dale Goat Farm and Birchrun Hills Farm, in addition to traditional raw milk farmhouse cheeses from local PA farm, Valley Milkhouse.
