Harvest Market Kitchen will be ceasing production for a few weeks starting Monday, September 28th for a very important kitchen renovation. We will return on Friday October 23rd with full shelves of our Real Food to Go, made with love and care just for you!
We will miss each other, but trust me, this will be worth it. As you may have witnessed, Harvest Market Kitchen has grown exponentially since it’s humble beginnings in 2013. Our retail footprint which started as a 4 foot section of refrigerated salads, sandwiches, soups and sides has quadrupled in size and selection and now includes house made sushi and rice bowls, salad dressings, dips and sauces, dinner options, paleo friendly and vegan and gluten free desserts, muffin and scones. Not to mention our new quarantine friendly frozen Take and Bake items!
As you can imagine, this growth has created a need for a more efficient workspace, some new equipment and perhaps most valuable of all, an automatic dish machine! We currently wash all our dishes by hand which uses up valuable time. Time that we would rather devote to making more food for you, our valued and loyal customers.
What you can expect to see, once when we resume production, is many of your old favorites plus several new items geared toward family dinners at home, a return of our very popular Karaage (Japanese style fried chicken) and some new varieties of sushi rolls. The added workspace, equipment, and the gift of time (thanks to the dish machine) will give us the tools and opportunity to keep growing, innovating, and creating new food for you–food that is unmatched in its ingredients, flavor, and freshness. The best is yet to come!

Our Harvest Market Kitchen Staff will be posting Instagram stories answering the eternal question: “what’s for dinner?” We will share with you our personal “go-to” recipes for cooking at home when “to-go” isn’t available. We hope that you will enjoy getting to know some of the people behind the food from the Harvest Market Kitchen and maybe even find a new favorite product and recipe in the process.
