This semi-firm Jersey cow's 🐄 milk cheese is hand-rubbed with the Turkish coffee grind of the Beehive Blend from the Colorado Legacy Coffee Company. French Superior Lavender buds are then ground together with the coffee and the mixture is diluted with oil to create the exterior rub.
